Chong Chang grew up on a farm just outside of Seoul, South Korea in the 1960's. He treasures those moments helping his mother out on the farm. After more than 30 years as a small business owner, he came back to his roots as a farmer. Everything on the farm is done by hand. From trimming, wrapping each pear by hand (to prevent bugs from eating the fruit), to hand-picking, and finally to boxing.
